State policy on domestic violence prevention: the notion and current situation
The paper examines the concept and the current state of public policy for the prevention nasylstvav family. Highlights the problems of legal regulation to protect children from violence. Analyzes the basic requirements of the Council of Europe Convention on preventing violence against women and domestic violence and combat these phenomena on 11 May 2011.
