The filtration drying of the buckwheat grain
Experimental researches of regularities of the buckwheat grain drying in the drying chamber of the laboratory plant are presentedin the article, dependences of change of the thermal agent temperature by height of material layer has been resulted. Based on the results the theoretical and experimental studies of filtration drying kinetics of buckwheat were determined.
