REGULATORY AND LEGAL PREREQUISITES FOR THE FORMATION OF COLIVINGS IN UKRAINE

Co-living, as an innovative format of residential real estate, is rapidly gaining popularity in Ukraine and around the world. This concept, which combines communal living with the opportunity for social and professional exchange, has become a response to modern challenges of urbanization, mobility, and economic efficiency.

The purpose of this article is to investigate the impact of forming a regulatory and legal framework, particularly state building codes, on the development and implementation of co-living concepts in Ukraine.

ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES OF A TYPICAL LOW-RISE RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS OF 1939-1955

Architectural features of typical low-rise residential buildings in the period 1939-1955 in ukraine are considered. It was noted that it was at this time that the mass construction of housing for the population in Ukraine was actively developing during industrialization, consolidation of villages (creation of «agricultural towns») and post-war reconstruction. Such typical housing was characteristic of many cities and towns during these years and reflected the spirit and needs of the time.

FEATURES AND CHARACTERISTICS OF HISTORICAL HOUSING

The article is devoted to the current problems of housing reconstruction in Ukraine, as well as ways to solve them. The article highlights domestic and foreign experiences in the redevelopment of existing apartments and reconstruction of historical buildings with or without superstructure of attics or additional floors.

The most essential problem in the territories of large cities is the creation of optimal conditions of human beings’ life.

One of the factors promoting the balanced development of peoples’ civilization is the attainment of social justice in society, which is impossible without providing the citizens with an affordable dwelling of high quality.
