REGULATORY SUPPORT FOR THE FUNCTIONING OF THE FINTECH ECOSYSTEM OF UKRAINE

Purpose – The purpose of this research is to analyze the current state and development dynamics of Ukraine’s fintech ecosystem in the context of digital transformation, the Russo-Ukrainian war, and economic instability. The study aims to identify key regulatory, technological, and market factors that influence the resilience, efficiency, and sustainable growth of the fintech sector and to provide evidence-based recommendations for enhancing its performance and integration into the global financial system.

SUSTAINABLE DESIGN: INTEGRATION OF RECYCLED RAW MATERIALS INTO THE PRODUCTION OF SOUVENIR PRODUCTS

The article examines the relevance of integrating recycled raw materials into souvenir production as a key direction for sustainable development. It is emphasized that contemporary environmental challenges, such as resource depletion, increasing waste, and environmental pollution, necessitate new approaches to production processes. The use of recycled materials, including plastic, paper, rubber, and military waste, helps reduce the environmental footprint, conserve resources, and foster responsible consumer practices.

Artificial Intelligence in Logistics: Opportunities and Challenges

The integration of artificial intelligence into the logistics industry is a rapidly evolving field with the potential to revolutionize the way goods are transported and managed. Artificial intelligence can be used to optimize a wide range of logistics processes, from demand forecasting and route planning to warehouse management and customer service. However, the integration of artificial intelligence also raises a number of technical and ethical issues that need to be addressed to ensure its successful implementation.

Ecological innovations in Ukraine

Opportunities of introducing ecological innovations in Ukraine directed at development, creation and implementation of innovations in the form of new products, technology, methods, and  forms  of  production  organization  are  analyzed.  It  is  proved  that  such  innovations implementation  will  help,  directly  or  indirectly,  reduce  the  eco-destructive  effect  of manufacturing and consumption on the environment as well as solve ecological problems.
