Theoretical aspects of deformalized structures in law
This article provides a study of the following types of constructions in law:
decentralization of legal regulation, self-regulation legal, legal deregulation. It proves that to
reduce the effect of legal form alienation from social relations content it is necessary to bring a
form of legal regulation closer to the natural content of these relations
