Administrative and legal mechanism of realization of the right to medical care by internally displaced persons
The article analyzes the administrative and legal mechanism оf realization оf the right to medical care by internally displaced persons. The interpretation of the concept of «internally displaced person», which are enshrined in the legislation of foreign countries, such as Georgia, the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Turkey, the Republic of Moldova, the Republic of Croatia, is analyzed.
