STUDY OF THE METROLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF CONDUCTIVITY SENSORS

Conductivity measurement is a universal method of process control. Measurement is fast and straightforward, and most modern sensors only require little maintenance. The measured conductivity value is applied to obtain different assumptions about what happens in the substance, so such measurements are relevant when controlling technological processes and products in various industries (e.g., food, pharmaceutical). The main metrological characteristics of sensors for measuring conductivity LDL100, LDL200 are analyzed in the article.

OPEN-SCIENCE SPACE ISSUE: CALIBRATION OF MEASURING CHANNELS OF NON-DISMANTLING CYBER-PHYSICAL SYSTEMS

The analysis of the concept of Open-Science Space is carried out. The existence of ways to achieve reproducibility and traceability of research results performed by a group of worldwide situated Cyber-physical system operators/supervisors is shown. Ways to ensure the efficient operation of Cyber-physical systems as complex technological nondemountable objects with high requirements for metrological characteristics have been studied. To develop the scattered cyberphysical systems, the portable stable-in-time code-controlled measures of physical quantities have been studied.

DEVELOPMENT OF LIQUID-IN-TUBE MICROTHERMOMETERS

Consideration of  the  liquid-in-tube thermometers envisages  that  the performance depends on  their  linear sizes and the row of thermophysical properties. Methodic error is defined by the ratio of the complex parameters that take into account the mentioned characteristics of the measured object and the thermometer. We consider the liquid-in-micro tube thermometers for measuring  temperature.

ANALYSIS OF INSTANT CONTROL METHODS OF MEASURING INSTRUMENTS ERRORS

The purpose of organizing an effective measurement process is to provide an optimal combination of the measuring instruments quality and the quality of measurements. To increase the reliability of measurements in industry and to reduce the cost of confirming their metrological compliance, methods of instant control of measuring instruments metrological characteristics are proposed. Attention is focused on the dependence of the level of costs on the accuracy and reliability of measurements. The last are based on decisions devoted to the operating processes.
