Counteraction to human trafficking as a public-management problem

The article examines the current state of regulatory and legal support of counteraction to human trafficking in the world. The author analyses obligations of states concerning the conduct of measures to prevent human trafficking, investigate and prosecute human traffickers, and provide assistance and protection to victims of trafficking in accordance with norms of international law. The main principles of the activity of the State in this field are analyzed.
