Current problems of social and legal protection of neglected and homeless children: outlining specifics
The article emphasizes the problem of distribution of child neglect and homelessness in Ukraine. The necessity to consider the outlined specificity of the phenomenon in the process of the state administrative activity towards prevention of child neglect and homelessness and to provide neglected and homeless children with social services is substantiated.
