Purpose – The purpose of the study is to critically examine existing scientific approaches to the role and structure of accounting and analytical support in managing foreign economic activity at the enterprise level, with particular emphasis on risk management. The research focuses on conceptual models and algorithms for building a foreign economic activity management system, highlighting the accounting system’s function and its role as a managerial instrument.

The aim of the research is to define the features of the relief of land plots of a territorial community (TC) in the mass valuation. The paper explains the use of a three-dimensional cadastral registration system on the example of one object, i.e., one TC. t This results in the classification of TC land plots based on certain characteristics. Methodology.

Проаналізовано стан теплоенергетичної галузі та системи споживання теплової енергії в Україні, досвіду провідних країн світу з реформування систем тепло забезпечення, впровадження сучасних технологій. Проаналізовано можливі шляхи проведення реформ у теплоенергетичній галузі України. Зроблено пропозиції щодо реалізації низки заходів, які б змогли б покращити рівень ефективності функціонування галузі.
