The scientific article is devoted to highlighting the issue of the peculiarities of the pre-trial investigation of criminal offenses provided for in Article 409 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which consist in evasion of military personnel from military service by self-mutilation, simulation of illness, submission of forged documents or direct refusal to perform military duties.

The article examines the forensic characterization of evasion of military service by self-mutilation or in another way as a separate type of military criminal offenses that have become particularly relevant in the context of armed aggression against Ukraine. The need to form a scientifically sound and practically oriented methodology for their investigation is substantiated, which is based on the construction of a forensic characterization as a holistic system of typical signs of a crime.

Визначено актуальність проблеми захисту документів та цінних паперів від підробки. Проаналізовано основні методи і технології для їх захисту від фальшування на етапі підготовки до друку, застосування відповідних процедур після друку, безпосереднього друку та особливостей добору фарби і паперу.

У даній статті проаналізовано етапи розвитку систем автоматичного зчитування та розпізнавання інформації записаної на об’єктах та вбудованих носіях даних. Визначено сучасний стан справ у галузі розробки нанорозмірних електронних систем. Здійснено вибір можливого напрямку розвитку технологій ідентифікації об’єктів. Визначено ключові вимоги до виконання нанорозмірних систем ідентифікації об’єктів.
