Mechanisms of decentralization of social services in Ukraine
The analysis of mechanisms of decentralization of social services in Ukraine is made. The specific actions for implementation of legal, financial and economic, organizational and functional mechanisms of decentralization of social services are suggested. It is noted that mechanisms of decentralization of social services are based on strengthening the role and participation of local authorities and NGOs.
