Abstract. In the context of current national legislation and regulations of the European Union, the article examines the theoretical and practical principles that determine the peculiarities of concluding banking contracts on the Internet using modern web interfaces and similar mechanisms (primarily, click-wrap and browse-wrap contracts) in the light recognition of reality.
