Medical Law in Action: Between Patient Protection and Doctor's Responsibility

The study of medical law issues is topical, confirmed not only by external factors such as the full-scale war with the Russian Federation, the martial law regime, and the unwavering course towards European integration, but also by the internal dynamics of the medical field’s development. This dynamic encompasses the introduction of new technologies, the expansion of private medical practice, and the urgent need to adapt national legislation to international standards.

The university clinic as a factor in ensuring the quality of medical education: administrative aspect

The article analyzes the functioning of the university clinic as a factor in ensuring the quality of medical education. It was found that the university clique ensures high quality of medical care and creates conditions for quality education of medical workers. It is proposed to create and/or improve established university clinics in order to improve the quality of medical education in Ukraine. 

Assessment of qualifications of doctors as a tool for quality management of medical aid in Ukraine

The article analyzes the mechanism of certification of doctors. A comparative characterization of the legislative framework, which regulates the certification of doctors, was carried out. It was found that the certification, which in its essence should be an assessment of the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the doctor, in practice is only the submission of documents confirming the obtained points of continuous professional development.
