ADMITTANCE METHOD FOR MEASURING THE ELECTROPHYSICAL PARAMETERS OF CONCRETE

The paper analyzes methods for controlling the quality of concrete using both non-electrical and electrical techniques, particularly by means of specific resistance. Based on this analysis, it was determined that the practical implementation of the electrical method, which uses electrical resistance as an informative parameter, is relatively rare. Dielectric permittivity, as an informative parameter of concrete, is typically applied only for monitoring concrete moisture with dielectric moisture meters.

DETECTION OF FALSIFICATION OF HORILKA BY ADMITTANCE SPECTROSCOPY

The methods of quality control of horilka by electrical parameters, in particular, dielectric constant, specific conductivity, and imitation components are analyzed. The research results of individual samples of alcohol solutions and horilkas of different brands by the method of admittance spectroscopy were also analyzed. Based on this, methods for detecting falsification of horilka products by the method of admittance spectroscopy are proposed. The reactive component of the control object's ad is selected as an informative parameter. Two types of falsification are analyzed.

OPERATIVE CONTROL OF QUALITY OF VEGETABLES BY ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Vegetables’  pollution  by  mercury,  copper,  zinc  and  arsenic  concerning  the  EU  standards  is  not  permitted, whereas in Ukraine it has to be within the limits of permissible concentrations. The urgent task is to develop an express method for controlling  the  concentrations  of  heavy  metals  in  vegetable  production. We  have  investigated  the  electrical  characteristics  of vegetable juices aiming the operative control of heavy metals concentrations in them.
