On remuneration of employees of educational institutions under martial law

 

On February 24, 2022, Russian troops invaded the territory of Ukraine, which led state authorities to adopt a military situation in the country. As a result, a number of questions arise how to act in martial law in various spheres and objects. An important point in this context is the educational sphere, namely the peculiarities of its legal regulation of remuneration of employees of educational institutions in the languages of martial law.

THE IMPACT OF THE DIGITAL ECONOMY ON THE REDUCTION OF NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES OF SOCIAL RISK

The main tendencies of development of digitalization of economy are investigated in the article. Socio-economic changes affect the rapid implementation of new technologies. The reasons underlying such changes are multifaceted and complex, but they affect individual, social and economic needs and place new demands on the level of skill of employees and change the structure of the labor market. Therefore, the author substantiates the need to reduce the impact of digitalization of the economy on social risks.
