The main purpose of the article is a comprehensive analysis of the ECHR judgments on reproductive rights and the establishment of their status and specifics of their implementation in different European countries.

Managerial approaches to ensuring reproductive health of population based on human rights: a sociological dimension

Based on the results of the sociology survey of employees and patients of establishments for reproductive health protection, it is proved that public authorities are obliged to ensure the provision of complex human rights-based services in the reproductive health sector, available to all categories of population. The necessity of ensuring and protecting reproductive rights of people actualizes the problems of pursuing a constructive state policy in the reproductive health sector.
