The aim of this paper is to model the processes of an information system for mentorship assistance to users based on the linguistic features of requests. This makes it possible to provide timely mentorship assistance to users, taking into account their professional interests. Today, a significant part of the communication processes between the Client and the Mentor takes place in the virtual space using web platforms and resources. But each request for relevant information depends on the user's need.

The article is devoted to the issues of citizens’ access to public information. Considered and analyzed problems related to the application of the Law of Ukraine “On access to public information” by the administrative courts. The propositions concerning the elimination of problems in this area are grounded.
