Adaptive module of real time stream retransmission
The reasons and methods of transmitting of the RTSP (Real Time Streaming Protocol) video threads from IP-cameras was reviewed on this article. As a solution we used retranslation module that can resolve problems with IP-cam access from internet and also support streaming over low speed channels.
