The transition to sustainable development is a complex and long process. Climate and environmental changes that are happening to our planet are forcing us to accelerate this transition. It will allow to avoid the most dramatic scenario of a climate catastrophe, already in the second half of the 21st century. Significant reduction of energy using and other resources is an urgent need for creation  in a of architectural objects. They also became a key element  of recovery economy in the 22nd century.

The article analyzes the genesis of personality based on concepts of medieval Western philosophical doctrine. Argued proved that the genesis of personality serves the fundamental problem of being individual. It was found that in the Middle Ages identity is understood as a set of specific qualities that are more or less characterize typical in it and so that each of the properties has independent significance and is not derived from the inner nature of the individual.
