The administrative commission in the system of bodies authorized to consider cases on administrative offences
The article examines the work of the administrative commissions in the context of the reform of the system of entities authorized to consider cases on administrative offences. Based on the analysis of the current legislation on administrative offences, the author analyzed the shortcomings of the jurisdictional activity of the administrative commissions and the necessity of making changes in administrative law in terms of their legal status.
