IMPROVEMENT OF THE CHARACTERISTICS OF NON-ISOTHERMAL SWIRLING JETS IN VENTILATION SYSTEMS

The study focuses on the construction and application of nomograms for describing the formation of swirling air jets, widely used in ventilation systems. These jets have a complex three-dimensional structure with axial, radial, and tangential velocity components, which enhance mixing, reduce gradients, and improve air distribution efficiency. To adequately represent these processes, the paper proposes a methodology for building nomograms based on analytical expressions of axial velocity and excess temperature in non-isothermal jets.
