Magnetic field of a dc motor with excitation from permanent magnets

Currently, DC motors with excitation from permanent magnets ( PM DC) are widely used in vehicles, household appliances, portable power tools due to their simple design and low cost. Therefore, the task of creating mathematical models for their calculation, which can be used for design, is urgent. The purpose of the article is to clarify the mathematical model of the magnetic state of the PM DC and experimental verification of the correspondence of the experimental results to the calculation results.

Mathematical model of magnetic state of single-phase commutator motor

Single-phase commutator motors (SPCM) with sequential excitation have a simple design and low cost, and therefore promising for use in the drive of household appliances and electric hand tools. This necessitates the creation of mathematical models of SPCM, which would allow both the development of new and modernization of existing models of such motors. The aim of the article is to create an engineering mathematical model of the magnetic state of SPCM using circular methods.
