The relevance of the title is due to the need to understand the peculiarities of the uprising and development of the state in Ukraine, in particular, contributes to the historical legitimization of Ukrainian national statehood and awareness of the fundamental foundations of various state and legal institutions. In addition, understanding the deep meaning and significance of the national tradition in the modern process of Ukrainian state-building and civil society development will help to better navigate the current socio-political situation.
