Meta-anthropological paradigms of the antinomy of the philosophy of law

In the antinomian theory, a significant place is given to the anthropological features of a person. Such a statement takes place because human beings in law often, even sometimes unquestionably, focus on the fact that the main thing for them is the bodily nature of existence.
