Синтез наночастинок cdse у присутності поверхнево-активних олігопероксидів
In this paper the method of obtaining CdSe nanoparticles that don't contain any impurities as well as hydro- and organosols on their basis is proposed. It is shown that changing the nature and concentration of surface-active functional oligoperoxides one can control the size of semiconductor particles and thereafter the optical properties of sols that can be used for the formation of nanocomposite materials – the elements of photovoltaic devices. Запропоновано метод одержання наночастинок CdSe, які не містять домішок, і, на їх основі, стабільних гідро- та оганозолів.
