SUSTAINABLE DESIGN: INTEGRATION OF RECYCLED RAW MATERIALS INTO THE PRODUCTION OF SOUVENIR PRODUCTS

The article examines the relevance of integrating recycled raw materials into souvenir production as a key direction for sustainable development. It is emphasized that contemporary environmental challenges, such as resource depletion, increasing waste, and environmental pollution, necessitate new approaches to production processes. The use of recycled materials, including plastic, paper, rubber, and military waste, helps reduce the environmental footprint, conserve resources, and foster responsible consumer practices.

INVESTIGATION OF THE BEET PULP FILTRATION DRYING KINETICS

The article describes the results of experimental studies of the kinetic regularities of beet pulp drying by the filtration method. The influence of the main process parameters on the rate of moisture removal, including the height of the wet layer of material H (0,04 m, 0,08 m, 0,12 m, 0,16 m), temperature T (60 °C, 70 °C, 80 °C, 90 °C) and the velocity of the thermal agent v0 (1.24 m/sec, 1.76 m/sec, 2.29 m/sec, 2.82 m/sec), was investigated. The kinetic dependencies for the periods of complete and partial saturation of the thermal flow with moisture were derived.

Рrocessing of selected properties of extruded recycled plastics

The aim of the study is to analyze the physical processing properties and morphology of recycled plastics. The scope of work includes conducting the processing of primary PVC and recycled PVC and testing mechanical properties such as: tensile strength, stress, elongation and impact resistance, hardness. The scope of work also includes shrinkage testing of primary compacts and structural  investigation of the morphology of materials. The technology for producing the recycled composition is based on the extrusion and compression technology of the compositions obtained.

ENVIRONMENTAL BIOCHEMICAL ANALYSIS OF SULFUR COMPOUND TRANSFORMATION OF NATURAL AND TECHNOGENIC GENESIS

Ecological and biochemical analysis of transformations of sulfur compounds of natural and technogenic genesis is carried out in the article. Biochemical analysis was based on metabolic models of bacteria Thiobacillus sp., Acidithiobacillus sp. etc. and the study of ecological trophic groups of microorganisms
