The article analyzes the disciplinary proceedings before the National Police of Ukraine in the context of the Law of Ukraine «On the National Police» and other regulations adopted in connection with reform of the police. We consider the ratio of administrative law and labor law in the regulation of disciplinary proceedings before the National Police. The proposals on improvement of the legal framework.
