Anti-plagiarism policy

The editorial board of the scientific journal  “Bulletin of Lviv Polytechnic National University.” Series: “Legal Sciences” informs that authors of articles are personally responsible for the accuracy of the material presented and compliance with national legislation on copyright and related rights, for incorrect borrowing or use of other people's research results, and for compliance with the ethics of scientific citation. Only original materials that have not been previously published are accepted for publication.
Authors must ensure:
•    the originality of the articles submitted, i.e., materials that have not been published in other publications in any language;
•    the absence of plagiarism;
•    references to relevant sources if the works or texts of third parties are used.
Articles submitted for publication in the scientific journal “Bulletin of the National University ”Lviv Polytechnic.“ Series: ”Legal Sciences" are checked for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com (https://strikeplagiarism.com/en/) software from the Polish company Plagiat.pl. The originality of each article must be at least 80%. The report is analyzed by the editorial board.
The editorial board analyzes all cases of detected plagiarism and reserves the right to reject a manuscript from the review process. 

Plagiarism in all forms is unacceptable and is considered a manifestation of unethical behavior and a violation of the system of professional conduct in relations between authors, reviewers, editors, publishers, and readers, which contradicts the provisions of the section on Publication Ethics (https://science.lpnu.ua/uk/law/etyka-publikaciy). If the fact of textual borrowing is discovered after publication, the editorial board will conduct a thorough analysis. The editorial staff of the journal will contact the author and inform them of the circumstances that have arisen.
