Open access policy
This digest is practicing a policy of immediate open access to the published content, supporting the principles of the free flow of scientific information and global knowledge sharing for the general social progress.
Publication Frequency
The digest is issued four times a year. Articles are accepted according to a fixed schedule:
- No.1 (March) – till the 20th of February of the current year;
- No.2 (June) – till the 20th of May of the current year;
- No.3 (September) – till the 20th of August of the current year;
- No.4 (December) – till the 20th of November of the current year.

The reporter offers results of scientific researches on topical issues in various areas of legal science; scientific concepts for improving domestic and international law are developed.
