The article should correspond to the subject matter of the journal and current scientific trends in the field of law. The main criteria for publication are that the article meets the real needs of legal science and practice (contains new ideas), and that it is written in a scientific style (accurate, logical, concise, clear, consistent, well-founded, comprehensive, complete) and is of a high scientific standard.
The authors of the articles are responsible for the accuracy of the material presented and compliance with national legislation on copyright and related rights. Articles in the publication are checked for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com (https://strikeplagiarism.com/en/) software from the Polish company Plagiat.pl. The originality of each article must be at least 80%.
The final decision on the publication of submitted materials is made by the editorial board of the journal. The editorial board reserves the right to make minor literary corrections to the proposed text and to shorten it while preserving the author's style.
