The development of new closed expressions for the simulteneous adjustment of astronomical and geodetic global parameters was done. A consistent set of the Earth 's fundamental parameters based on recent geodetic and astronomical data was constructed. Secular variations of basic astronomical and geodetic parameters were estimated in view of their further use for the precession- nutation theory.
