The use of lidar measurements to create a digital terrain model

Problems of the creation of the Numerical Terrain Model (NTM), particularly problems of data acquisition and processing, are an object of a significant number of current research and analyses. The technology oflidar measurements (laser scanning method) applied as a method of data acquisition to the NTM was presented. The analysis of the accuracy of the data acquired with application of the lidar measurements was conducted.
