The conditions and factors of modernization of the state policy in the sphere of social security of the population of Ukraine

The conditions and factors of successful performance of modernization of the state policy in the sphere of social security of the population of Ukraine are defined. It is mentioned that the main conditions and factors of the successful modernization are: the leading role of the state while determination of participation of society and the state in modernization processes; the modernization of the economy; the systematic dialogue, trust and cooperation between the government, employers, public organizations and individual citizens; the outreach work; the focus on the
tendencies of the social policy of European countries; the systemic measures of modernization; the efficiency of the implementation of the announced measures. The analysis of the defined conditions and factors is conducted.
