Open Access Policy

The journal "Humanitarian Vision" promotes the policy of open science and, therefore, provides unrestricted open access to all published content in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative`s definition of Open Access . The journal uses the concept of " open access" as given in the official documents of the Budapest Open Access Initiative. The journal "Humanitarian Vision" is fully funded by its publisher and operates on a non-profit basis. Therefore, the journal provides immediate open access to all published materials that does the results of research free accessible to the public and facilitates global exchange of knowledge, and this means that each user of the network Internet has free and unlimited access to the all published materials, which are freely available without subscription or financed barriers; after publication all materials at once are available online (without long waiting). Authors are encouraged to save and to archive the published online version of their work in institutional repositories or personal academic websites. All published materials in the journal are accessible to readers free of charge, and neither article nor other materials processing charges nor article submission charges nor any other fees are required of authors of articles published in, or submitted to, the journal.

Starting from Volume 11, Issue 1, 2025, all published materials in the journal are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International Public License (CC BY-NC 4.0), which permits sharing and adapting the licensed materials in any medium and format for non-commercial purposes.
