The influences of the anomalous refraction on geodetic measurements in conditions of dynamically turbulent atmosphere are considerate. The theory of proposed fluctuation method of the determination anomalous vertical refraction by stabile stratification of atmosphere is states. Supposed exactness of the method 1.5 times higher, then in the method of refraction basis.
