The full and student participation fees include:
- Admission to the plenary and poster sessions
- Admission to the publishing of one conference paper in the open access Acta Physica Polonica A journal.

Accompanying person fee includes welcome cocktail party, Gala dinner and excursion.
The reduced Conference fee might be available in a limited number for participants from some former Soviet Union countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine) who participate at the conference with a presentation of any form under their application submitted to the Conference Organizing Committee at omee@lpnu.ua till April 7, 2017.
A limited number of young scientists (up to 35 years old) from Poland that participate in the OMEE conference as a presenting author will be granted by financial assistance from the Representative office „Polish Academy of Sciences” in Kiev in order to reduce the conference participation expenses. Application letter for a grant together with documents confirming the young scientist status must be submitted to Organizing Committee (omee@lpnu.ua) not later than April 7, 2017.
