The following events will take place as part of the Review-Competition:- COMPETITION OF GRADUATE THESES
- SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL LITERATURE COMPETITION
- THE CONFERENCE
- Fill out the registration form to participate in the competition/conference:
- Prepare supporting documents to participate in the competition see ANNEXES on the competition website), namely:
- letter of consent to participate in the competition (see ANNEX 2);
- cover letter with a list of works submitted for the competition (see ANNEX 3, 4, 5);
- cover letter with information about the members of the delegation (see ANNEX 8).
- Prepare work samples (theses according to established templates – see TEMPLATES on the website – and scientific or educational literature) and submit them in the following formats:
GRADUATE THESES:
- Electronic copies (file size up to 15 MB), send to the email address: lviv.archdyplom.2025@lpnu.ua;
Submission deadline: September 20, 2025 (inclusive). - Send printed copies by mail (Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta) to the addresses specified by the organizers.
Shipping date: until September 29, 2025 (inclusive).
SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL-METHODICAL LITERATURE:
- Printed copies of the original copyrights should be sent by mail (Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta) to the addresses specified by the organizers.
Shipping date: until September 29, 2025 (inclusive).
- Ensure accommodation reservations for the period of the events.
- If an official invitation is required, send an application with information about the composition of the delegation (see TEMPLATE 7) to e-mail: lviv.archdyplom.2025@lpnu.ua
- Follow the updates of the event program, which will be published on the official website by October 5, 2025.

SUBMISSION OF DIPLOMA PROJECTS and SCIENTIFIC, EDUCATIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL LITERATURE
Links to the COMPETITION registration form, as well as forms of supporting documents (see ANNEXES) for participation in the events are attached.
To participate in the competition, please adhere to the established quotas (see ANNEX 1) for the number of submitted works:
● for bachelors – 1 project per 15 students; ● for masters – 1 project per 5 students.

ACCOMMODATION (detailed information on the website)
Please make your own accommodation reservations in advance for the duration of the conference and the Review Competition.
Accommodation costs are at the expense of the participants.
The following accommodation options are offered:
- Student dormitory of Lviv Polytechnic National University (budget accommodation option with basic conditions).
- Hotels and hostels in Lviv (a list of recommended options indicating the distance to the venue will be sent additionally / posted on the event website).
