Submission

The authors are invited to submit a short (5-9 pp.) and regular (10-15 pp.) paper in English.​

Requirements:

• no more than one paper per author, regardless of whether the author is the first author or a co-author;
• no more than 6 authors per article;
• self-citations no more than 20%. 

 

PAPER SUBMISSION

Your submission must be prepared using the official ODT Template.

All papers intended for participation in the conference must be submitted in ODT format via one of the following submission channels

Please ensure that your manuscript strictly follows the provided template and formatting requirements. Submissions that do not comply with the template may be returned for revision.

 

2025-02-03: If you cannot use Latex, then use the ODT (LibreOffice) template.
LibreOffice is free software and available on most# platforms.
We recommend not to use Word/Microsoft365 since it tends to produce incompatible PDFs.

We solicit submission of the original paper, not previously published or submitted for publication elsewhere. Participation in the SMARTINDUSTRY-2025 conference is free of charge.

IMPORTANT DATES:

31 January 2026 – Paper submission deadline

9 March 2026 – Notification of acceptance

16 March 2026 – Camera-ready paper submission

All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by two scholars based on technical quality, relevance, originality, significance, and clarity. If necessary, a third additional reviewer will be involved.

 

PEER-REVIEWING

Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by thrее scholars based on technical quality, relevance, originality, significance, and clarity. If necessary, a fourth, additional reviewer will be involved. The Program Committee will use these reviews to determine which papers will be accepted for presentation at the conference. The result of the review will be announced to the submitting authors by email, along with reviewer comments, if any.

Only accepted papers that will be presented at the conference will be published in the conference proceedings.
