The study of society in the legal aspect is related to the question of the state, as the latter is a form of organization of society. The state acts as an institution of society management. In this context, the relationship between society and the state is one of the complex problems of jurisprudence. It's about establishing effective ways and channels of communication. In the theory of management of socio-economic processes, control is considered as one of the main functions.

The article substantiates the proposition about the expediency of considering legal identity as a special form of social identity and reveals its essence as a legal category.

In order to improve the disclosure and investigation of crimes committed by convicts in the correctional colonies of Ukraine, to solve problematic issues that arise during the investigation of such crimes, there was a need to develop new scientifically based recommendations aimed at increasing the effectiveness of combating crime, in particular recidivism, as well as improvement of the organizational and legal foundations of the activity of the pretrial investigation body during the investigation of such crimes.

The influence of component composition and nature of plasticizer on the nature of intermolecular interactions in the system polyvinyl chloride - polystyrene - diesterphtalate and optical properties of polymer solutions is ascertained. The influence of intermolecular interactions on the compatibility parameter between macromolecules is revealed.
