Method for calculating the design parameters of sector-continuous blanks used for the manufacture of wideband screw blanks by rolling was proposed. The results of the investigation of the influence of geometrical parameters of sector-continuous blanks, temperature of heating, lubricants and tool options for energy-power characteristics of the process of shaping and design parameters of screw flights were described.
