ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND LEGISLATION ACTIVITIES ON THE PROTECTION OF MONUMENTS IN EASTERN HALICHINA DURING THE AUSTRIAN-HUNGARIAN PERIOD

The article examines the stages of formation of the organizational structure and legislative foundations of monument protection activities in Eastern Galicia during the Austro-Hungarian period against the background of national processes. It is shown that the formation of the organizational structure in Eastern Galicia took place synchronously with the processes in Vienna and was controlled from the center. However, the peculiarity was that at the end of the 19th century.

POLITICAL DISCOURSE IN THE WESTERN UKRAINIAN PARTY PRESS OF THE END OF THE XIX CENTURY – THE BEGINNING OF THE XX CENTURY

The article is devoted to the issues of the emergence and further development of the Western Ukrainian party press at the end of the XIX century – the beginning of the XX century as a means of political communication. The conclusion that the mass information and 59 communication processes have an important value for a policy both in the present and in the historical retrospect is made. The political representatives of such processes, which are specially prepared for interaction with public opinion, can include, among others, the mass media.

Between centralism and federalization. Austrian model for the decentralization of public power

The article analyzes the constitutional reforms caused by the need to improve the state and legal system of the Austrian Empire after the Revolution 1848–1849 which resulted in the formation of the dualistic Austria-Hungary. The paper explains the essence and factors of the constitutional reforms. It has been established that the search of a constitutional system model lasted for several decades, ranging from the model of broad federalization of the country to strengthening the centralist tendencies.
