Abstract. Criminal procedure is one of the leading branches of law that plays a crucial role in maintaining law and order, justice, and human rights. In the context of globalization and the integration of international legal systems, particularly those of the European Union (EU) and the United States of America (USA), criminal procedure takes on special significance.

Prospects for the Development of Cross-Border Cooperation at the Local Government Level in Ukraine

The irreversible course of Ukraine’s accession to the European Union is vividly demonstrated every
day in the media by the unwavering support of our country by international partners and organisations,
as well as by the top officials of foreign states. The key task is to adapt the acquis communautaire into the
national legislation of Ukraine. All reforms are taking place in parallel with the Ukrainian government’s
accession negotiations, starting with the ratification of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement in 2014.

Summary. This paper studies the problem of legal regulation of the activity of attorneys general in the context of European integration and its influence on the modern development of the legal system of Ukraine. The purpose of the article is to analyze the challenges that the country faces in the process of adapting national legislation to European standards in the field of advocacy, as well as to identify opportunities that this process can open up for Ukraine.

The Main Forms of the Influence of Military Conflicts on Climate Change: On the Example of Russian-Ukrainian War

The article analyses the influence of military conflicts on climate change. The author argues that the relationship between military conflicts and climate change is bilateral: on the one hand, the cause of military conflicts may be climate changes; on the other hand, military conflicts have a negative inflyence on the environment, causing climate change.

These include the United States of America, the United Kingdom and the European Union.

The article reveals the potential of harmonizing national labor legislation to European standards in the context of Ukraine's European integration. In the context of the European integration of Ukraine, the constitutive principles of the realization of the right to work should be formed on the dominant principles: ensuring the maximization of legally defined labor rights and guarantees, the optimality of opportunities for their implementation, and effective prevention of violations of the labor rights of employees.
