The issue of defining the concept of "criminal legal qualification" was considered. It is noted that in order to regulate the most important social relations, the state adopts laws that establish generally accepted rules of behavior. The law on criminal liability is one of the important means of protecting life, health, honor, dignity, inviolability and security of a person as the highest social value, the state system of Ukraine, its political and economic systems, property and the entire legal order from criminal encroachments and a means of combating them.

The article deals with the current problems, development and public relations in the field of taxation of Ukraine in connection with the spread of COVID-19. The research input focuses on the analysis of the main problems of the current tax system in Ukraine. The issues of particular changes in the tax legal regime of Ukraine, which are related to the implementation of the fiscal (fiscal) and monetary (monetary) policies in the context of quarantine measures, are investigated.

The article analyzes the constitutional-legal institute of contrasignature acts of the head of the state. Attention is paid to the practical problems of functioning the institute of contrasignature in our country. It has been proposed a number of constitutional and legislative changes in oder to improve the process of contrasignature acts of the head of the state – the president of Ukraine
