On the basis of a comprehensive systematic approach to the study of legal phenomena, the peculiarities of the implementation of current legislation on public-private partnership in the field of environmental protection are studied.

господарській діяльності. Класифіковано осіб які готують та вчиняють протидію
законній господарській діяльності. Розроблено алгоритм дій при отриманні повідомлень
про вимоги припинення законної господарської діяльності, її обмеження, про
обов’язкове укладення угоди, а також вимоги, супроводжені погрозою вчинення
тяжкого злочину проти підприємця.
