Influence of ultrasonic treatment on properties of ZnO-MoO3 oxide system
The effect of zinc-molybdenum system ZnO-MoO3 (Zn:Mo = 15:85, 25:75, 50:50, 75:25) ultrasonic treatment (UST) on its physical-chemical properties was studied. With the help of XRD, FT-IR and DTA methods it was shown that such treatment forms molybdenum suboxides (Magnelli phases of Мо4О11 and Мо8О23 composition) and zinc molybdates (α-ZnMoO4, ZnMo8O10). Specific character of reagents ratio on the formation of these compounds was determined.
