Administrative and legal measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic: the case of Ukraine, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus
Attempts to analyse measures taken by the governments of Ukraine, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus in struggle against the COVID-19 pandemic are made. Some issues of the current legislation, which were introduced under new circumstances in above-mentioned states are raised in the article. Most countries of the world were not ready for the changes in the objective legal reality which should have occurred in view of the need to combat the pandemic. The existing legal framework has not been sufficient to respond quickly to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 infection.
