The work is devoted to research on the problem of management and organization of free time during the period of forced stay at home by means of information technologies.

The article deals with issues related to the violation of the rules by citizens in quarantine and bringing the perpetrators to administrative responsibility. Attention is drawn to the importance of understanding, interpreting and using the terms that characterize quarantine, its constituent elements, as well as measures of sanitary and hygienic, sanitary and anti-epidemic content, aimed at combating infectious diseases.

Analyzed the importance of veterinary and sanitary expertise in quality assurance and food safety for the life and health of citizens. The question of justification for the appointment of veterinary and sanitary expertise, especially their conduct and responsibility for violation of veterinary-sanitary norms and rules.
