oil regeneration

Сleaning of watered used mineral motor oils

The work studies the coagulation process of watered-down mineral motor oils in the presence of various coagulants. The influence of the nature and amount of coagulants on the technical and operational characteristics of purified motor oils is established. The successful removal of emulsified water from watered-down used mineral motor oils by the proposed coagulants is confirmed by experimental and IR spectroscopic analysis methods. Dehydrated used mineral motor oils can be successfully directed to combined methods of their regeneration.

FUNCTIONAL-COST ANALYSIS OF METHODS OF REGENERATION OF USED MINERAL MOTOR OILS

The main methods of regeneration of used mineral motor oils, in particular physical, chemical, physicochemical methods are considered. The functional-cost analysis of methods of regeneration of the used mineral motor oils by means of branch experts is carried out. Functional-cost analysis is a method of pairwise comparisons and involves the process of ranking the selected characteristics according to the degree of importance (weight). To do this, each characteristic is assigned a certain index.
