Abstract. In a period of rapid development in natural sciences, the widespread digitalization of all
spheres of public life, and the practically limitless possibilities of artificial intelligence, there has been a
resurgence of interest in psychological hermeneutics. This field emphasizes the profound meanings of human
existence and the values of collective being. The purpose of this article is to clarify the contribution of
philosophical research in the humanities to the development of psychological hermeneutics as a descriptive

General theoretical legal science is essentially a practical discipline. Therefore, there is no institutional dualism between applied and theoretical jurisprudence in universities, unlike in mathematics or physics. However, a look at the previous history of law shows that there was a period when legal theory was subjected to fundamental research. At that time, arguments from related disciplines, such as philosophy and social sciences, were enthusiastically accepted for the sake of theoretical development of legal methodology. Unfortunately, this golden age of theory is over.

Since the local Orthodox Church of Ukraine received the Tomos of Autocephaly, Patriarch Bartholomew has visited all of them, the visit of Pope Francis is expected in the near future, and religious and ecumenical themes have become one of the top in the press. That is why there is a need to analyze its development and coverage in various media.
